SENIOR WOMEN

Netball South Canterbury’s Senior Women’s competition is a busy and diverse grade  featuring club teams from across the region competing on a Thursday night for 2026 in the stadium at Aorangi Park.

The competition is structured into two divisions, catering to teams with varying levels of experience and intensity - from  competitive squads to more social, participation‑focused teams - ensuring there is a place for players of all abilities.

Each season also includes the hotly contested Challenge Series, a key feature of the senior pathway. This event provides top‑performing Senior Women’s teams and Secondary School A Grade teams with an opportunity to earn promotion into the Premier competition, creating a clear and competitive progression for clubs aiming to step up to the region’s highest level of weekly play

                  No play middle and last week of July school holidays

Time:      First Round Starts: 6.15pm

                 Final Round Starts: 8.30pm

Venue:   The Stadium, Aorangi Park

Note:        In 2026 due to availability of courts during new stadium build, length of                                       games will be slightly reduced.
